Tenant left with unpaid rent and the property was in very bad condition.

Comments :  

The unit was in very bad conditions, very dirty, a lot of trash anywhere. A lot of damage in drywall and blinds broken, bathtub clogged with green water, toilet clogged. After inspection we considered that any deposit could be returned.
