After our agents and vendors inspection of the property’s interior and exterior, a detailed list of all required repairs and estimates is sent to our team to be able to manage any work order in the best timing.
- Plumbing and electricity must comply with the norms. Construction permits or reparations must be filed with the related city departments when necessary,
- Floors must be covered with sustainable materials : floor tiles or wooden floors, no carpet or plastic floor,
- Bathrooms must be in good condition : esthetic, modern and functional,
- Kitchens are fully equipped with functioning appliances,
- Air Conditioning is very important in Florida, it will be checked and replaced in case of malfunction,
- Decoration has to be neutral, avoid any bright colors wall painting,
- Solid and reasonably valued materials has to be used in order to not overstate the value of your property.
